Guides and Teachers
The ability to communicate knowledge from one generation to another is what made it possible for humanity to develop in various civilizations where rituals, rites, ethical codes, morals, and culture were established, achieving diverse levels of individual and collective well-being.
The guides and teachers contribute to this work, and it is the participants who give us the opportunity to communicate and disseminate the knowledge that will create the civilization of tomorrow.

Xamanic
Holistic Guide
What is the reason for my existence? When I first asked myself the questions about the reasons for my existence, I was 7 years old, and I actually had too many unanswered questions. Since then, I've dedicated myself to searching for the answers. I've studied every philosophy, religion, belief, and scientific theory I could find, and in my search, I discovered my inner strength in connection with the Universal Spirit, with the All. I've learned the power of the mind and how, through creative sound and the management of emotions, epigenetic control is activated at the DNA level, for healing.
My dream of founding the Costa Maya Holistic Center in Mahahual is to be able to share this and all the knowledge that I am sure is leading humanity to a historic spiritual evolution.
In addition to being a marketer and computer scientist, I have trained as a Life Coach and Holistic Guide to enrich the experiences we will gradually incorporate, such as Cacao Ceremonies and Mindfulness practices, among others.

I'm Betina López Hernández, I'm 38 years old. 🌳
Everything I am today began with a seed of dreams that began to germinate in 2010. That's when the change really began and everything began to make sense of what we call LIFE-LIVING. 💗
Wow, it has been a buffet of emotions. Today I know that leaving the comfort zone and the fear zone is the spice of good living.
But beyond what I studied, there is something that is also very important to me, which is LIFE EXPERIENCE (Honoris causa). Yes, sometimes it is hard work!
Events are precisely the teachers we need to learn. We come to believe that change comes from outside, when in reality it comes from within. So, everything passes!
Remember: It's never too late to start living, to laugh, to love, to dream, to love yourself, to dance, to share, to give and to know how to receive.
Yes, I had a very strong run in 2005, it was very difficult for me, and if someone had told me my future today, I wouldn't have believed them.
As Peter Drucker famously says, "The best way to predict the future is to create it." And that's what I did, and that's what I continue to do.
My favorite phrase: 👌
"Just because you couldn't achieve something once, doesn't mean you can't; you just didn't have the resources. Grow from them, and you'll surely be able to achieve it now." 👊
If I could do it, you can! 😊
